Rémy Starodoubetz
Rémy forged his experience at the prestigious estates of Beauséjour-Bécot, Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion, and Château L’Église Clinet in Pomerol. He joined Château des Rêves in 2021 to take charge of the vineyard and cellar. His perfect knowledge of vineyard work, his eye for detail and his exacting standards are key factors in the day-to-day development of the vineyard and the wine.
Philippe Genevey
Philippe spent 21 years at the helm of Château La Marzelle, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé. He draws on his great professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the Saint-Émilion terroir to work with the entire team to support production at Château des Rêves.
Bruno Lacoste
An experienced oenologist, Bruno has a very broad and comprehensive vision of winemaking and wine ageing. He guides the team to help transform our grapes into top-quality wine.
Paul-Marie Morillon
Passionate about nature, the environment and ecosystems, Paul-Marie is a soil and crop protection specialist. For many years, he has worked with some of Saint-Émilion’s finest growths. He is now also contributing his expertise to Château des Rêves’ transition to organic farming in the vineyard.
